This washed Arabica comes from Quimbaya (Quindío), high in the Andes. Mineral-rich volcanic soils and a cool mountain climate give it impressive depth. The farm grows coffee in polyculture, with banana and fruit trees providing natural shade. Family-owned since 1928 (4th generation), currently transitioning to organic / Demeter standards — and supporting the local primary school through its proceeds.
Perfect for: pour-over, French press, AeroPress, moka pot, fully automatic machines.
