From the Bench Maji Zone in southwest Ethiopia, this 100% Arabica grows wild in the Gori-Gesha forest and is considered an early ancestor of the famous Gesha variety. Harvesting is demanding because the cherries grow scattered throughout dense woodland — low yields, but exceptional quality.
A 72-hour anaerobic fermentation adds impressive depth and elegance.
