Volcanic soils, high rainfall and remarkable growing altitudes of 1,600–2,500 m shape this special coffee from the Southern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, specifically the Okapa area. The result is a clear, complex Arabica with real depth. Its washed processing adds elegance, precision and a layered, clean flavour profile.

The varieties Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Caturra grow here in the original highland rainforest — unusually high even for Arabica — creating an expressive cup with balanced structure.

Behind this coffee is Carl-Leon Grupe, who supports local smallholders and enables direct export without middlemen for fairer pricing. Each purchase also contributes to a social project: over 1.000 eyeglasses have already been financed for people with impaired vision.
